About this course

Starting a business or making your existing business work is a big process. And we get it. You want to realise your dream and start your own business and you want to do it, NOW. Or you want to take a step back from the daily tasks of running your existing business and start working ON growing it, so you can get the most OUT of it.

We've created a business course online with a structure and framework for you to test your ideas and kickstart your business. The whole purpose of this module is to save you time. By working on your business across 30 modules, you'll be able to evaluate your business and give it the boost it needs.

This business course is designed to be repeated over and over again. No matter what stage of business you are in. You may decide at module 25, you need to go back to revisit module 2, which is all about business modelling. And that's ok. This module is all about refining your business over and over again to create the very best business you can.

Modules 1 to 7 - Establish a foundation

Modules 1 to 7 are about working on your business model until it’s at its best. We’ll tale you back to the nitty gritty again: What is the problem and how are you solving it? What is your pricing structure and can you AND your customers afford it? Do your customers actually need you?

Modules 8 to 14 - Elicit trust & credibility

Modules 8 to 14 are all about creating trust and credibility by creating a consistent brand experience; we go through everything from understanding your own skills, to your brand, the brochure and lastly your sales channel.

Modules 15 to 21 - Engage the market

Modules 15 to 21 are about building relationships by using what you've just created. It's about engaging your customers, your partners and your network through regular personalised messages.

Modules 22 to 28 - Execute and deliver

Modules 22 to 28 are about being on top of your numbers: Insurance, Legal, Accounts, Employment Contracts, Cashflow – does it all stack up?
